Dimitrijevic: LINE SHAPES INVESTIGATIONS IN YUGOSLAVIA 1962-1997 [p. 5] Since the first article published in 1962 by Vladis Vujnovic, the spectral line shapes investigations in Yugoslavia has been developed during past 35 years (1962-1997), so that up to 1997, 1129 bibliographic items (926 by serbian authors) have been published by 146 Yugoslav authors. Among them 119 authors are from Serbia, 26 from Croatia and one Macedonian leaving in France. First paper on this subject in Serbia has been published in 1964 by M. D. Marinkovic. In this contibution the history of the spectral line shapes investigations in Yugoslavia will be reviewed and various problems investigated by yugoslav authors will be discussed. Moreover a citation analysis of the most cited papers will be presented.
